A-Safe required a video to sit on their new website that demonstrated their cutting edge manufacture processes and products. It was important that quality was forefront, and that the final video output reflected this.
The production team captured the workings of the A-Safe production line in a combination of 4K RAW footage and ultra slow-motion images on a Phantom camera. Combining these two sources in the post production made for a fun and dynamic edit.
I then worked closely with a motion graphics designer and 3D team to ensure that the graphic elements of the piece fit seamlessly with the final assembly.
The Grade.
The grade was to be sleek, high-contrast and modern. I chose to have deep blacks, crisp whites and a cold sci-fi feel.
The client’s brand yellow was a stand-out colour that ran throughout, so extra care was taken to match all yellows correctly and make them pop. Cool blues complimented this well and increased the yellows’ impact.
